We are seeking a Deputy General Manager (DGM) to partner closely with our General Manager in overseeing and optimizing all head office operations. You’ll lead and align diverse support functions — HR, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, IT, Marketing, Real Estate, Maintenance, and more — ensuring they scale seamlessly with our expanding business.
In this role, you will:
- Drive operational efficiency across all head office departments
- Collaborate with the Executive Team on group-wide initiatives
- Support HR in talent management, employee engagement & succession planning
- Analyze performance KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Enable business growth through transformation and innovation
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of leadership experience (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail)
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and lead diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & HR best practices
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
