A Holding Company in Dubai is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Execute Digital Campaigns: Lead SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain a strong and engaging social media presence.
- Campaign Performance & Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of campaigns against set goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Trend Analysis & Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance.
- Creative Strategy Development: Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Customer Experience Evaluation: Use analytics to evaluate the customer journey across multiple channels.
What they’re Looking For:
- Education: BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Creative & Data-Driven: Ability to devise innovative campaigns and use data to optimize performance.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, A/B testing, multivariate experiments. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
