Job Description:
CBC Building Contracting LLC is looking for a Document Controller who can join immediately. Candidates with experience from the home country or Gulf region are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing project documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all project documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Control and track documents related to construction projects, contracts, and site reports.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for document submissions and approvals.
- Prepare reports and maintain logs for received and issued documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller (Gulf or home country experience accepted).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Previous experience in construction companies is preferred.
