Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller (Construction Industry) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry, expertise in document management, and a keen eye for accuracy, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project-related documents following company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper classification, sorting, filing, and retrieval of both digital and hard-copy documents.
- Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth document flow.
- Provide administrative support related to document control.
- Assist in audits and quality checks to ensure document accuracy.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and filing systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
