We’re Hiring: Document Controller
Position Title: Document Controller
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain company documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed and documentation is up to date.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and archiving.
- Handle document tracking, issuance, and distribution within departments and to external parties.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate documentation flow across projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent knowledge of document control processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
