Experience Required: Proven experience in managing e-commerce stores (Salla platform experience highly preferred)

Role Overview

WTR is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to join its growing team in Buraidah, Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on overseeing digital product management, pricing structures, inventory tracking, online merchandising, and front-end store organization, while collaborating with the marketing division to support large-scale promotional campaigns.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Manage, upload, and systematically maintain product listings across the active e-commerce storefront.

  • Update real-time product pricing, launch digital promotions, and maintain accurate inventory stock counts.

  • Organize digital product categorization frameworks and structure intuitive online store sections.

  • Author, refine, and optimize high-converting product descriptions and manage visual media assets.

  • Monitor product performance metrics, retail sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to coordinate seasonal offers, discount rollouts, and advertising campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Platform Expertise: Prior hands-on operational mastery of the Salla e-commerce ecosystem is highly preferred.

  • Technical Domain: Strong comprehension of online user experience (UX) design principles, data entry accuracy, and digital retail customer journeys.

  • Commercial Strategy: Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, e-commerce best practices, and transactional web analytics.

  • Professional Traits: Exceptional organizational layout capabilities, communication proficiency, and proactive problem-solving traits.
