Position:

1)Commis Chef

Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Assisting the Chef de Partie with the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, dicing, peeling, and cleaning.
Preparing basic sauces, stocks, and garnishes.
Marinating and seasoning meats and vegetables.
Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients.

Kitchen Operations:
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen.
Following recipes and standardized procedures accurately.
Assisting with stock rotation and inventory management.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but not required.

2)Content Creator

Responsibilities:
– Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies across various channels (social media, blog, website, email, etc.)
– Conduct audience research and identify content themes that resonate with the target audience.
– Create and maintain a content calendar.
– Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align content with overall business objectives.
– Content Creation:Write compelling website copy, blog posts, articles, social media captions, and other marketing materials.
– Develop engaging video scripts and storyboards.
– Create eye-catching visuals and graphics (may require basic graphic design skills).
– Conduct interviews and gather information for content creation.
– Edit and proofread all content before publication.
– Content Distribution & Promotion:Schedule and publish content across various platforms.
– Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic).
– Identify and implement strategies to increase content visibility and reach.+
– Stay Updated:Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing.
– Continuously improve content creation skills and explore new creative avenues.

3)Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
– Design & Production:Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including:
– Print materials: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, booklets, etc.
– Digital materials: Websites, social media graphics, email banners, online ads, presentations, etc.
– Video graphics and motion graphics (if applicable)
– Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual style guides.
– Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and messaging.
– Prepare files for print and digital production.
– Creative Concept Development:Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for design projects.
– Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.
– Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
– Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively.
– Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Effectively communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks.
– Work collaboratively with other designers, writers, and marketing professionals.
– Technical Skills:Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe – – Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
– Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design
