We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Counsellor / Sales Executive to play a vital role in guiding students toward their academic and professional goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counselling, lead conversion, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails to understand their educational aspirations.
- Provide academic counselling and guidance on Master’s, Doctorate, and certification programs based on each candidate’s background.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission goals through proactive lead management and conversion.
- Maintain accurate and updated student and lead information using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least one year of proven experience in the EdTech or education sales industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with prospective students.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
