We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Counsellor / Sales Executive to play a vital role in guiding students toward their academic and professional goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counselling, lead conversion, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails to understand their educational aspirations.
  • Provide academic counselling and guidance on Master’s, Doctorate, and certification programs based on each candidate’s background.
  • Achieve monthly sales and admission goals through proactive lead management and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and updated student and lead information using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions and onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least one year of proven experience in the EdTech or education sales industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with prospective students.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
