A reputed building contracting firm in Dubai is currently seeking skilled and experienced Estimation Engineers to join their growing team. This role involves managing all aspects of tendering and project estimation for building and warehouse projects while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client expectations.
𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for building and warehouse projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to identify key requirements and ensure accurate estimations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal technical teams to clarify project needs.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor quotations to obtain the best possible pricing.
• Ensure that estimates align with market trends and company profitability goals.
𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of UAE-based experience in estimation for construction or warehouse projects.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, materials, and cost analysis.
• Sound commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
