Role Overview

A prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee and deliver high-end events from concept to completion. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event execution, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions while ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless coordination across departments.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute premium events, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions from initial concept to completion.

  • Manage detailed event budgets, project timelines, on-site logistics, and operational execution.

  • Liaise directly with high-profile clients to interpret requirements and design tailored luxury experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with F&B, kitchen, sales, and operations teams to guarantee smooth service flows.

  • Source, negotiate contractual terms with, and oversee third-party suppliers and vendors.

  • Build detailed post-event financial and operational reports to evaluate campaign performance outcomes.

Core Competencies

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated event management experience, specifically within a luxury hotel or hospitality infrastructure.

  • Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of luxury hotel event operations, budgeting protocols, and high-end guest relations.

  • Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in professional English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.

  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, strategic negotiation abilities, and vendor management skills under tight deadlines.
