We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant (UAE Real Estate Experience Only)!
Salary: AED 5,000–6,000/month
Location: Dubai Internet City (3-5 mins away from metro)
Schedule: 5 days per week (9:30am -6:30pm)

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in the UAE real estate sector? Do you thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments where organization, communication, and professionalism are key? This could be the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized professional to support our General Manager with high-level administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the GM’s calendar, meetings, and travel
- Prepare and edit reports, contracts, and presentations
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications
- Maintain property records and documentation
- Assist with real estate research and project updates
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide executive support at meetings and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience (UAE real estate required)
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate procedures and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
