About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a VIP executive in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will also manage responsibilities for two offices—one for the executive and another for their spouse.

This role requires a professional with extensive experience in assisting high-profile families and the flexibility to commute between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
