Position Profile
Trious Pharma LLC is seeking a detail-driven Executive – Regulatory Affairs with 2 to 4 years of industry experience to support its expanding operations in Dubai. This role is responsible for structuring product registration dossiers, coordinating directly with UAE health authorities, managing compliance documents, and ensuring all pharmaceutical and healthcare items align with regional legislative standards.
Main Duties

Draft, compile, and submit formal regulatory dossiers for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health supplements, and cosmetics.

Direct product classification procedures, manufacturing facility registrations, and license approvals with UAE regulatory bodies.

Liaise between manufacturing plants, corporate clients, and health authorities to clarify technical inquiries and expedite product clearances.

Audit product packaging artwork, technical inserts, and labeling materials to ensure absolute regulatory compliance.

Oversee post-approval maintenance schedules, including product license renewals, formula variations, and regulatory amendments.

Track local health authority policy updates to adjust internal compliance frameworks accordingly.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.

Professional Background: 2 to 4 years of dedicated hands-on experience navigating pharmaceutical or healthcare regulatory affairs.

Domain Mastery: Solid grasp of UAE regulatory submission formats, product registration procedures, and post-market compliance requirements.
