• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the management team.
• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and official correspondence.
• Prepare detailed reports, internal memos, and professional communications.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and coordinate with visitors efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and organized filing systems.
• Plan and support meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Ensure the smooth running of all daily administrative functions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar Executive Secretary or Secretary role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
