We’re Hiring: Export Sales Manager
Maylaa International Trading LLC, a diversified luxury group with operations in trading, retail, factories, and gold & diamonds, is seeking a seasoned Export Sales Manager to lead its global expansion in perfumes, beauty care, and lifestyle products. Candidates must possess international experience in the perfume industry.

Role Overview:
The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving international growth, managing distributors, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, logistics, and internal teams. The role demands strong commercial acumen, expertise in exports, and exceptional business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new export markets and distributors across GCC, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve profitable growth.
  • Achieve export sales targets and manage key international accounts.
  • Represent the company at major global trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and procurement to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Oversee export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and prepare sales reports.
  • Manage LC-based transactions, trade finance, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and destination country export regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven export sales experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury goods.
  • Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, global logistics, and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably D365).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Export Management or International Trade.
  • Existing distributor network in GCC, Africa, or Europe.
  • Experience managing LC transactions and trade finance documentation.
