Employment Type: Full‑time

Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 per Month

Experience Required: Proven Experience in Export Sales within the Skincare or Personal Care Industry (with an established international network)

Role Overview

A growing company in the skincare and personal care manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead international business development and expand its global client base. The selected candidate will focus on driving global sales growth, managing relationships with international buyers and distributors, and promoting private label manufacturing services.

Core Duties

  • Develop and expand international sales opportunities in the skincare and personal care sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, buyers, and brand owners.

  • Identify new export markets and strategic business growth opportunities.

  • Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including contract negotiations and closing deals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for production scheduling, branding alignment, and order fulfillment.

  • Promote private label contract manufacturing services to international clients.

  • Monitor global market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of private label manufacturing, export sales strategies, international market expansion, and global trade regulations.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, cross-border negotiation, and proactive business development skills.

  • Traits: Target-driven, adaptable, and highly capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
