Job Description

We are looking F&B Cashier for our project. The role involves a combination of customer service, financial transactions, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a welcoming and friendly attitude. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Receive cash, credit card payments, or electronic transactions from customers. Count money accurately and provide correct change. Process payments using electronic point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Keep the cashier station clean and organized. Wipe down surfaces, sanitize equipment, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, including sales totals, tips, and discounts. Prepare daily cash reports or summaries for management
  • Coordinate with the restaurant’s staff, servers, and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Requirements

  • Handle cash and payments with honesty and integrity, following all cash-handling protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers to ensure the overall success of the establishment.

Experience 1-3 years

Education – 10+2 or equivalent diploma
