Job Vacancy – Finance Associate (Russian speaking)

Overview:
We are in search of a highly skilled Finance Associate with expertise in servicing family offices and investment funds. Demonstrated experience in this domain will be regarded as a significant asset. The position is primarily office-based, although a hybrid working arrangement may be considered.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation.
- Established experience in the preparation of investor reports and portfolio management.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting large data sets and financial metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and impeccable communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive accounting services, encompassing the preparation of both stand-alone and consolidated financial statements for all entities as per corporate requirements.
- Oversee and facilitate the audit processes for entities designated by the firm.
- Ensure meticulous management of VAT, CIT, and other regulatory financial obligations for designated entities.
- Prepare and disseminate management accounts, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting.
- Execute treasury management functions for assigned accounts.
- Administer payments, including payroll processing and supplier disbursements.
- Compile and present investor reports, providing detailed analysis of investment performance.
