Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is urgently seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health. The role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance while leading the finance team and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile financial data, prepare reports, and analyze the company’s financial health
  • Oversee the finance department, including supervision of department managers
  • Manage company budgets and establish budget guidelines for all departments
  • Forecast finances and develop financial models
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to increase profits
  • Assess financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Serve as a mediator between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial matters

Main Duties:

  • Report to General Director
  • Supervise Accounting Manager, IT Manager, and finance staff
  • Review internal controls and financial procedures, advising business units accordingly
  • Ensure efficient operations of accounting and information departments
  • Plan and control overhead expenditures and financial results
  • Manage accounting systems, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, project costing, inventory, cash flow projection, and credit
  • Work proactively with management to align actual financial results with operating plans
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts, performance reviews, annual budgets, year-end reporting, and year-end packages
  • Maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
  • Oversee payroll administration

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in government transaction centers in Dubai
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
