Preferably:Â at least 1 year experience in Clerical/Office Administration
Job Details:Â Receiving/checking/posting of all delivery transactions Encoding/updating/posting transactions using a hotel procurement system Coordinating with respective hotel departments pertaining to all orders and deliveries Sorting/filing/organizing of invoices and other documents in the Finance office Adept in computer preferably in Excel
Skill:Â Good interpersonal and communication skills
