Description:

Looking for a Fleet Tracking Officer is responsible for overseeing the tracking and management of the company’s vehicle fleet. This role involves using GPS and other tracking technologies to ensure the efficient use of vehicles, monitor driver behavior, and maintain accurate records of fleet activities. The Fleet Tracking Officer works closely with the logistics and operations teams to optimize routes, improve safety, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • The role will be responsible for tracking of vehicles.
  • Require to monitor all vehicles and report their status.
  • Drive the implementation of policies and procedures for IVMS fleet management.
  • Timely escalate drivers/vehicles that default on their vehicle tracking.
  • Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, including routing.
  • Identify trends, poor driving behavior, etc. and timely escalate.
  • Pre vehicle delivery inspections report to be received
  • Support other teams and functions as required by the business.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess minimum HSC with at least 2 years work experience in GPS based vehicle handling.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using applicable MS Office support tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of current/ prevailing UAE routes and UAE traffic laws & regulations.
  • Working knowledge of software applications (e.g., GPS Tracking).
