Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests. This role is responsible for greeting clients, managing inquiries, handling calls, and ensuring smooth front-office operations with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests or visitors in a professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle check-in/check-out (for hotel or serviced apartment settings).
Assist in administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate with other departments for guest or client needs.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support HR or admin teams when required.
