Position Profile

Mileo The Palm is looking for an elegant, service-driven Front Office Agent to join its front-of-house team on The Palm, Dubai. This position serves as a central ambassador for the property, ensuring an exceptional arrival and departure experience for global travelers, executing smooth property management workflows, and maintaining the prestigious service expectations of a premium resort ecosystem.

Main Duties

  • Orchestrate the check-in and check-out processes with high accuracy, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

  • Supervise daily reception logistics, securely administering room key assignments, guest verification files, and balance processing.

  • Utilize property management configurations to log guest preferences, track VIP arrival flags, and manage room inventory statuses.

  • Sync closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Relations divisions to deliver frictionless, tailor-made accommodations.

  • Resolve property inquiries and immediate guest service requests promptly and effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Industry Tenure: Prior background working at the front desk of a reputable 4-star or 5-star hotel property.

  • Technical Frameworks: Practical, hands-on operational knowledge of the Opera PMS software platform is required.

  • Core Aptitudes: Refined communication and active listening skills, a polished professional aesthetic, and strong problem-solving traits.

  • Domain Mastery: Intimate familiarity with international luxury hospitality benchmarks, phone etiquette, and concierge concierge services.
