Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to clients visiting the workshop.
• Assess vehicle issues and provide accurate diagnosis and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance services.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, costs, and additional recommendations.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the workshop.
