Job Summary

Loco Bear is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Culinary & F&B Operations – UAE to lead and enhance food and beverage operations across its venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This leadership role involves managing high-volume culinary operations while maintaining exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across multiple entertainment locations.

Primary Accountabilities

• Lead and oversee culinary and food & beverage operations across all UAE venues.

• Manage food costs, operational budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

• Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs, operational systems, and business processes.

• Oversee procurement activities, vendor relationships, large-scale event catering, and high-volume food production.

• Lead team training, performance development, and support new venue openings or pre-launch planning.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Mobility: A valid UAE driving licence and owning a vehicle are strictly mandatory.

• Industry Context: Proven background managing high-volume hospitality operations; prior UAE hospitality or entertainment industry experience is preferred.

• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, and robust knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
