Experience Required: Relevant travel industry experience (Consultant role) OR proven accounting experience (Accountant role)

Core Duties

  • Holiday & Visa Consultant: Assist clients with tailored holiday packages, travel bookings, and end-to-end visa processing.

  • Accountant: Manage corporate accounting records, maintain day-to-day financial entries, and prepare accurate reporting tasks.

  • Provide premium customer service and respond to all client inquiries professionally.

  • Ensure meticulous accuracy in documentation, reservations, and financial transactions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth daily operational workflow.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Traits: Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a preference for immediate joiners.

  • Competencies: Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

  • Domain Knowledge:

    • For Consultant: Deep understanding of travel operations, visa processing, and customer service.

    • For Accountant: Robust knowledge of core accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
