Salary: AED 4,000 to 7,000 (Estimated)

Role Overview

Al Bustan Centre & Residence is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join its Housekeeping Department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering excellent guest service in a hospitality environment.

Core Duties

  • Clean and service guest rooms on a daily basis, including making beds, replacing linens, and replenishing amenities.

  • Clean, sanitize, and dust bathrooms, furniture, corridors, elevators, lobbies, and other public areas.

  • Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately according to property policies.

  • Report maintenance issues, broken items, or lost and found property to the supervisor.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining housekeeping trolleys and equipment.

  • Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and quality procedures strictly.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Location Status: Candidates must be currently available inside the UAE. Applicants on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa are preferred.

  • Education: High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is considered an advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Good communication, strong organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of room servicing procedures, cleaning chemicals, specialized equipment, and guest service protocols.
