Role Overview

Marina Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join its professional team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in housekeeping operations who are passionate about maintaining high service standards within the facilities management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and supporting daily operations while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

Primary Accountabilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping personnel to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Conduct routine operational inspections across assigned areas to maintain strict quality and safety compliance.

• Support the training, guidance, and professional development of housekeeping team members.

• Address housekeeping issues, maintenance requests, and service bottlenecks promptly to ensure rapid resolution.

• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with management and cross-functional operational teams.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Degree in Hotel Management. Holding a BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certification is highly preferred.

• Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on housekeeping supervisory experience within the GCC region.

• Industry Domain: Deep operational understanding of housekeeping workflows, team coordination, and facilities management best practices.

• Availability: Must be available to commence employment immediately.
