MEBS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can lead housekeeping staff while ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across assigned sites.

Core Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.

  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and hygiene standards.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain high-quality service.

  • Allocate duties and manage daily operational requirements across assigned sites.

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

  • Address operational issues and support the team in maintaining efficient workflows.

  • Promote a safe, organized, and professional working environment.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or housekeeping certification is an advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to organize daily operations efficiently.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cleaning methods, sanitation practices, hygiene best practices, safety standards, and daily workforce coordination.

  • Availability: Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred.
