Join the vibrant team at Al Jaber Gallery — where culture meets creativity! We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized HR Admin Assistant to support our expanding HR department and help us continue building a top-notch workplace.
What you’ll Be Doing:
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and file organization
- Assist with work permit applications and coordination
- Maintain and update our HR system (Zeta HRMS) with accurate data
- Oversee employee insurance, passport handling, and renewals
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure HR compliance
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and support renewal processes
What we’re Looking For:
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
- Strong communication and administrative abilities
- Prior experience in HR operations is a plus
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HRMS systems (Zeta preferred)
