Open Vacancies & Structural Outlines

  • HR Executive: Responsible for supervising end-to-end human resources operations, managing worker onboarding documentation, maintaining corporate files, and executing workforce management practices.

  • Admin Executive: Tasked with managing daily corporate administrative workflows, optimizing office communication paths, handling files, and maintaining organizational schedules efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education & Domain Background:

    • For HR Executive: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 2–5 years of dedicated UAE HR experience. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory.

    • For Admin Executive: 2–5 years of proven hands-on administrative coordination experience inside the UAE.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong operational mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Interpersonal Capabilities: Excellent communication, strong organizational time management, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional infrastructure departments.
