Role Overview
Arabcal is looking for an organized HR & Administration Executive to join its team in Sharjah. The position supports both human resources workflows and daily administrative setups, making it suitable for entry-level professionals or fresh graduates looking to develop operational competencies within a fast-moving enterprise.
Primary Accountabilities

Execute accurate and timely monthly payroll processing functions.

Support candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, employee onboarding, and induction workflows.

Coordinate documentation handoffs with the PRO for processing corporate employment visas and labor cards.

Manage accurate electronic personnel records, internal tracking sheets, and time-off logs.

Assist in rolling out team engagement projects and workplace policy compliance reviews.
Core Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Regulatory Awareness: Basic familiarity with UAE Labour Law frameworks and foundational HR workflows.

Professional Attributes: High capacity for maintaining confidentiality, strong problem-solving skills, and detailed organizational capabilities.
