We’re looking for a talented HR Administrator to join one of the top companies in the construction field! Support our HR department and help manage daily administrative and personnel tasks.
Requirements: ✅
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration (preferably in construction or similar sectors)
- UAE residency is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation
- Support the onboarding/offboarding process
- Coordinate leave and attendance tracking
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
