Conntrak is seeking a detail-oriented HR and Document Administrator to join our team in Dubai South. This role is crucial in supporting HR operations by managing employee documentation, recruitment processes, and overall HR administration. The successful candidate will ensure that all personnel files, certifications, and HR records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and client requirements. Additionally, this position assists with onboarding, training coordination, and supports HR and operations teams to maintain organized workflows.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR administration and document management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly Odoo, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
• Fluent in written and verbal English
