We’re Hiring: HR Assistant – Abu Dhabi (Freshers in UAE with home country experience Welcome!)
ROLES & REPONSIBILITIES –
- Hindi Communication is Mandatory
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting -ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Find the right candidates and close the position on deadlines.
- Timely completing the Onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Meet office administration requirements.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and analyses.
Requirements and skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, and screening the right candidate.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Recruitment process.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
