We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with MEP contracting background to handle recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and payroll for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for MEP trades
- Maintain site-wise manpower & deployment records
- Monitor attendance, leaves & disciplinary issues
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and exits
- Support welfare activities, site visits & HR audits
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in MEP contracting HR
- Strong English & Hindi communication
- Currently in UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
