Experience Required: 2–3 Years of UAE HR/Payroll Experience (Construction or Contracting Industry is Mandatory)

Role Overview

Nisha Builders is seeking a qualified HR Generalist specializing in Payroll and Labour Attendance to support its construction workforce across the UAE. The selected candidate will oversee labour attendance tracking, monthly payroll processing, WPS administration, onboarding activities, and employee documentation while ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Monitor daily site timesheets and log centralized manual or digital labour attendance records.

  • Compute monthly payroll variables, manage complex overtime calculations, and execute accurate WPS transfers.

  • Maintain complete life-cycle employee documentation including onboarding protocols, visa processing papers, and formal HR files.

  • Monitor staff leave tracking, document on-site disciplinary files, and structure routine manpower utilization audits.

  • Align all day-to-day corporate human resource operations with current UAE Labour Law frameworks.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Sector Background: Mandatory operational experience working inside a UAE construction or engineering contracting ecosystem.

  • Technical Compliance: Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the Wage Protection System (WPS) and standard UAE labour policies.

  • Systems Capability: Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel to aggregate large workforce datasets and coordinate project timesheets.
