Hiring HR Head
Location – Dubai (Initial 2-3 months in Bangalore)
Experience level : 3-7 years ( 3 +relevant experience in team handling)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead our recruitment efforts and build a world- class team. As a key member of our HR Leadership team, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team pf recruiters and managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and labor laws.
