Description:
Future International Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Lead/Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will lead HR operations while ensuring adherence to UAE education regulations and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations in compliance with ADEK requirements, including HR documentation, staffing ratios, policy frameworks, and licensing processes.
  • Support and advise school leadership on HR strategy, recruitment, and staff development.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE Labor Law and effectively manage HR-related issues within the education sector.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and processes, including HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Coordinate with other UAE education regulators such as KHDA and MOE as required.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment for all staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE education regulations, including ADEK compliance, licensing, and policy management.
  • Familiarity with other UAE regulatory bodies such as KHDA and MOE is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
