With a growing team of 40+ employees, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
• Manage performance evaluation systems and implement training programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• -Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and other compensation matters.
• Lead initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager (minimum 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in handling a mid-sized workforce (40+ employees).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
