  • Execute HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance
  • Manage recruitment activities and attract the best talent
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and provide support throughout the recruitment process
  • Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliances
  • Manage employee life cycle events such as onboarding, probation, confirmation, and separation processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee grievances
  • Conduct regular HR audits and suggest improvements to enhance HR services
  • Coordinate and facilitate appropriate training programs for employees
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment


  • Experience in civil industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven work experience in core HR Field for minimumminimum 6 years
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work as a team and as an individual
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Willingess to relocate to Dubai
