We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team.

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the vibrant educational sector of Dubai? We’re searching for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our institution.

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our school. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, while also ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a positive work culture. Candidates with experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR functions relevant to the education sector. Being fluent in both English and Arabic can be advantageous, considering the multicultural environment in Dubai schools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR management within the education sector in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Qualifications in HR courses such as CIPD, SHRM, HR degree, SPHR, CHRP, APHRI, or PHRI are highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters.
• Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
