A Perfume Manufactures in the UAE is looking for an HR officer!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with performance management, employee development, and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, visa and employment regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters, contracts, and warning letters.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in UAE is a must
- Good communication skills
- Salary 3500 to 4000AED
