Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter & Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee training, and development to ensure a high-performing workforce aligned with our brand values.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
- Oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
- Foster positive employee relations and address any workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within reputed hospitality organizations is preferred.
