Hiring HR Recruitment Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Manage recruitment process on behalf of the organization.
- Source and hire the right candidates.
- Develop recruitment strategies and procedures.
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
