Description:

Hiring HR Specialist for a trading company.

Location: Sharjah, UAE.

2+ years of relevant HR experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Majorly responsible for Developing and implementing strategies to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates, particularly blue-collar workers.
  • Address employee grievances promptly, foster positive relationships, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, assist in setting performance goals, and provide guidance on performance issues.
  • Manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, and address any related issues.
  • Oversee general administrative functions, including office facilities, supplies, and services to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, maintain employee records, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with the PRO for quota management and visa approvals, manage SEWA (Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority) work, and handle banking transactions and related administrative duties.

Candidate must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Recruiting & sourcing, conducting interviews & selection procedures
  • Handled 100+ blue collar employees in previous company
  • Fine understanding of statutory compliance & compensation-benefits policy
  • Deep Knowledge of Implementing Several HR policies, Majorly – work hour & Leave policy,
  • Compensation benefit policy, Travel & expense policy etc
  • Interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust & confidence while conversing with the employees & clients.
