Magnom Holding, a leading Marine Construction company in the UAE, is seeking an HR Specialist for a 6-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR & Administration Director to support strategic HR initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR projects related to Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Support the enhancement and optimization of HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure all HR activities are aligned with company goals and comply with UAE labor laws.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies to enhance overall organizational performance.
