Hiring Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UAE and Middle East labor laws, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations with a focus on Performance Management Systems (PMS), recruitment, and talent development.
• Manage HR functions in a large organization with over 400 employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a large organization.
• Deep knowledge of UAE and Middle East labor laws.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in HR Management Information Systems (HR MIS).

Position Details:

• 6 days a week
• Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 20,000 per month (DOE) plus incentives and bonuses
• Includes visa and medical benefits
