Job Responsibility

  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and provide support.
  • Visa Processing: Process different visas including mainland and freezone.
  • Insurance: Process Employee’s insurance & clarify claims
  • HR Administration: Maintain documentation for employment, contracts, and terminations
  • Training: Organize orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws
  • Performance Management: Assist in appraisals & KPI reviews
  • Payroll: Oversee payroll processing
