About Us:
Dimension Landscapes LLC is a dynamic landscaping company based in the UAE, offering high-quality landscaping services to a wide range of clients. We are currently seeking an HR and Administration Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR aspects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Process employee payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Assist with performance appraisals, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in organizing employee events and activities.
- Act as a mediator to address workplace conflicts, performance issues, and employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle correspondence and assist in organizing meetings and appointments.
- Support in the preparation and submission of reports related to HR activities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 02-04 years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
